Only seen as a man in a white suit, he was an associate employed by Mr. Paik and instructed to be driven by Jin to Mr. Han's to deliver a message. He instructed Jin that he would be inside less than two minutes and not to drive faster than the speed limit, and then to take the car to a riverbank 8km away. As he placed his white gloves on and affixed a silencer to the gun, the two arrive at the Secretary's house, and Jin went in ahead of him and delivered the message himself. He placed his gun into his jacket, and the two walked away.
