Season 1
From LOST
Season 1 began airing in the United States on September 22, 2004 and had 24 episodes that aired Wednesdays at 8:00pm. A plane crash strands the surviving passengers of Oceanic Flight 815 on a seemingly deserted tropical island, forcing the group of strangers to work together to stay alive. Their survival is threatened by mysterious entities including polar bears, an unseen creature that roams the jungle, and the island's malevolent inhabitants known as the "Others." They encounter a Frenchwoman who was shipwrecked on the island over 16 years earlier and find a mysterious metal hatch buried in the ground. An attempt is made to leave the island on a raft.

Jack's sleep deprivation takes a toll on him as he begins to see visions of his father. Meanwhile, as the water supply begins to diminish, blame is placed as to who took the remaining water. | ||||

House of the Rising Sun
Jin attacks Michael on the beach, and as a result in handcuffed to a piece of wreckage. Meanwhile, Sun reveals a secret she has been hiding. | ||||

The Moth
Charlie attempts to deal with a conflict plaguing him. Jack becomes trapped in a cave-in and Charlie makes an effort to rescue him. And Kate, Sawyer, and Sayid try and triangulate the source of the French Transmission. | ||||

Confidence Man
After Shannon suffers from an asthma attack Boone accuses Sawyer of possessing her inhalers. Sayid and Jack attempt to retrieve them by any means necessary. | ||||

Solitary
Sayid uncovers a wire on the beach and follows it to discover more than he imagined. Hurley builds a golf course to provide some much needed entertainment. | ||||

Claire begins to have nightmares, and believes that she is a target in the camp. Her past before the crash is revealed. | ||||

All the Best Cowboys Have Daddy Issues
After Claire and Charlie go missing, search parties are formed to capture the man responsible, Ethan. Jack's relationship is further revealed. | ||||

Whatever the Case May Be
Kate and Sawyer discover a suitcase while swimming, and the objects inside become the objects of obsession for the two. Sayid and Shannon attempt to make sense of Rousseau's documents. | ||||

Locke and Boone attempt to gain entry into the hatch, and Boone hallucinates in the jungle. | ||||

Claire returns to the camp with a case of selective amnesia. A past love of Charlie's is revealed. A threat is give to the survivors by Ethan Rom and a trap is set in motion. | ||||

Sawyer attempts to track a boar who destroyed his camp. Kate joins him in hopes of getting closer to him. Sawyer's past before the crash reveals he is a devious con. | ||||

Deus Ex Machina
Locke begins to lose feeling in his legs and has a dream of a Beechcraft airplane crashing on the island. Boone and Locke set off to uncover it. Meanwhile, Sawyer suffers from headaches which begin to affect him. | ||||

Do No Harm
An injured Boone is brought back to the camp, and Jack does his best to repair the damage. Sayid and Shannon trek off for a secluded romantic encounter. Claire goes into labour. | ||||

The first of the Lost specials focuses on the characters, recapitulating and discussing the flashbacks seen so far. | ||||

The Greater Good
Sayid and Locke venture into the jungle to the fallen Beechcraft. Claire reluctantly gives Charlie possession of the newborn Aaron. | ||||

Born to Run
Kate tries to gain Sawyer's spot on the raft. Michael falls ill during the construction of the raft. | ||||

Exodus - Part 1
After a warning is given by the mysterious Rousseau, five of the survivors accompany her to the elusive "Black Rock". Meanwhile, the raft sets sail with four of the survivors. | ||||

Exodus - Part 2
The survivors make their way to the caves for shelter against the arrival of the "Others". The six retrieve dynamite from the Black Rock. The four on the raft find others while at sea. An opening of the hatch is finally accomplished. | ||||
