Rachel was the friend of Claire Littleton who convinced her to visit Richard Malkin for a psychic reading. Before they entered Mr. Malkin's house, Claire informed her that Thomas had cleaned out his loft, and that she would be moving in on Tuesday, to which Rachel was thrilled for her.
