When Sun believes she may be pregnant, she seeks out Sawyer's help in obtaining a pregnancy test, which he happens to have in his stash. Sun takes the test and discovers that she is in fact pregnant. The pregnancy test was made by Widmore Labs.
The pregnancy test would also appear off-island, when Juliet's sister Rachel would use the test to determine if she was pregnant or not.
