Susie Lazenby was a nurse employed at the Santa Rosa Mental Health Institute. While Hurley and Dave were playing Connect Four with Leonard, she presented Hurley with his meds. She then proceeded across the room to give Libby her medication. (Dave)
Years later, Nurse Lazenby presented Hurley with his medication and alerted him to Matthew Abaddon who had arrived to visit him. (The Beginning of the End)
