Mrs. Gardner had hired Miles Straume to exorcise the spirit of her grandson after he was murdered. The two originally agreed on a fee of $100, which Miles insisted be doubled after he discovered that the boy had been murdered. Mrs. Gardner received a refund after discovering a large amount of cash hidden in the walls of her grandson's room. Miles informed her that his soul was at peace as he left. (Confirmed Dead)
