Mr. LaShade is a nightclub owner who assisted the characters of Autumn and Crystal in the solving of crimes. He was later revealed to be the man known as "The Cobra" who was a villain foreshadowed for the four seasons of the show.

When LaShade was revealed to be "The Cobra", he was presented with money which was meant for an orphanage. When "Corvette", discovered that Mr. LaShade was actually "The Cobra", she was shot and killed. It was moments later that Autumn and Crystal entered to find Covertte's bullet ridden body laying on the ground. LaShade covered it up by claiming that Corvette was working with "The Cobra", and that he would pay.
