"Sexy Blue Striped Shirt Girl" is a background character who is a front section survivor of Flight 815. The character has developed a minor cult following, and is known by the acronym SBSSG.
SBSSG appears on outdoor beach scenes in several episodes as well as in various flashback scenes of other characters set in the Sydney Airport. The nicknames comes from the fact that in the airport scenes and early beach scenes, she is wearing a blue striped shirt.
