Maggie Grace, born Margaret Grace Denig, was born on September 21, 1983, in Columbus, Ohio. She grew up, however, in nearby Worthington, Ohio. Maggie began her career in films such as Shop Club and the TV movie Murder in Greenwich. Maggie has also acted with the likes of Tom Selleck and Wendy Crewson in the TV movie Twelve Mile Road. However, Maggie got her big break when she landed the role of Shannon Rutherford in Lost, and has since used the role as a springboard into a strong film career, which includes a leading role in the remake of The Fog.
