Kevin was the fiancée of Sarah at the time of her accident. When Kevin visited St. Sebastian Hospital to meet with Dr. Jack Shephard to understand what had happened and what would ultimately happen. Kevin informed Jack that Sarah was going for a dress fitting and to look at tablecloths for their wedding which was upcoming in 8 months. When Kevin asked if there was still the possibility that they would have the option to make love, he was informed that there was the possibility that Sarah would need professional care for the rest of her life. Kevin was not present at the hospital when Sarah awoke after the operation.
