Jin, Hurley and Michael engage in a game of golf, where Jin is one putt away from victory. After making the putt, Jin falls just short of the hole, giving Michael the win. As Hurley congratulates Michael on his win, Jin becomes enraged at how nothing on the island can go right for him. Jin screams to the skies about how no one can understand him on the island, and is frustrated by the handcuff on his wrist. Jin begins to sob, repeating the phrase "I'm so alone" over and over.
