Is the manager of the Hotel that Dr. Christian Shephard stayed at. Was visited by Jack Shephard and informed him that his father hadn't used the bed in the past three days, and that it would have been virtually impossible for him to rent a car in the condition that he was in. He was the man who called security to escort Christian to his room when he made an incident in the hotel bar a few nights before.
