When the Tail Section survivors uncovered the Arrow Station, they found a trunk inside the station. Inside the trunk was a radio, the Bible, some blankets, and the Glass Eye which Libby had found.
When Bernard placed the Bible down, Eko picked it up and looked inside, and discovered a film reel inside. (The Other 48 Days)
It was not until watching the Orientation film with Locke and Michael that Eko discovered what the film reel was. When he explained the story Josiah the King to Locke, he states that they too found a book. Inside the Bible was a missing segment of the Swan Station's Orientation Film which gave further instruction by Pierre Chang about the dangers of using the computer for anything else other than the entering of the code.
