As Part of the Lost Experience, Rachel Blake attended the 2006 San Diego Comic-Con on July 22 and announced the site as part of the experience (link here).

Using the Hanso Exposed site is relatively simple. Follow these steps and you'll be able to decode the fragments.

1. On the main page, click "Register" and follow the instructions. Once you have done so you will receive a confirmation e-mail from Rachel Blake.

2. Once logged in, 70 empty spaces should appear in the middle of the pages that you can scroll through. There are also 10 boxes at the top of the page, which you can also scroll through to reveal 7 separate groups. When the fragments are not in sequence, they are to be stored at the top; when they are in sequence, they go in the middle.

3. Finding fragment codes was a task laid out for fans between July 22 and September 8, and they were hidden in various locations such as: websites, magazines, podcasts and even real life locations. The codes are most often attached to a glyph image, the fragment code itself is to be added to the website to reveal the image.

4. There are 70 fragments in total that make up the DHARMA Initiative's Orientation film which Rachel Blake created while in Sri Lanka.
