Pilot - Part 1Edit

Pilot 1 - Jack
Jack Shephard

While on his way from Sydney, Australia to Los Angeles, California aboard Oceanic Flight 815 Jack jokes his way into an additional drink from Cindy, comforts Rose about the normality of the turbulence, and buckles himself in for the eventual crash.

Cindy
Cindy Chandler

Cindy approaches Jack to inquire as to how his drink was, after responding that it wasn't very strong, she hands him two extra bottles. Cindy later chases Charlie down the aisle after he flees from his seat.

JD 2
JD

After Charlie fled from his seat JD followed Cindy in order to apprehend him.

Michelle
Michelle

Michelle followed Cindy and JD down the aisle in the hopes of apprehending Charlie after he had fled from his seat.

Pilot 1 - Flight Attendant
Flight Attendant

This unnamed flight attendant followed JD, Michelle, and Cindy down the aisle of the plane after Charlie fled from his seat.

Pilot 1 - Rose
Rose Henderson

Rose's seat was located across from Jack's and when turbulence hit Jack struck up a conversation in the hopes of comforting her. Rose mentioned that her husband was in the bathroom and had told her that "planes want to be in the air."

Pilot 1 - Locke
John Locke

John Locke is seated directly behind Rose and while enjoying his flight to Los Angeles, California, turbulence suddenly hits and the plane makes it's descent.

Pilot 1 - Charlie
Charlie Pace

Charlie passes by Jack and Rose as he flees down the aisle and is chased down by Cindy, JD, Michelle, and another flight attendant.


Pilot - Part 2Edit

Pilot 2 - Charlie
Charlie Pace

Nervous about getting caught with heroin aboard the plane and in need of a fix Charlie looks suspicious. Cindy questions him then confers with the other flight attendants. As they attempt to approach Charlie he runs to the bathroom. Once in the bathroom he ingests some heroin then accidentally drops the remainder in the toilet. As he goes to retrieve it, the plane violently shakes propelling him upwards. Charlie leaves the bathroom and makes his way to a seat for the inevitable crash.

Pilot 2 - Kate
Kate Austen

Kate, seated next to the Marshal, is taunted by Edward as he gives her false hope that she'll be released on the grounds that they believe her story. When the plane hits turbulence, a case from the overhead storage is released and strikes Mars in the head. Kate places an oxygen mask on him, and then herself and prepares for the crash.

Pilot 2 - Cindy
Cindy Chandler

Cindy approaches Charlie on the flight and inquires as to whether he's alright or if he'd like anything to drink, when he refuses, she converses with JD and another flight attendant about his actions. Cindy makes her way toward Charlie and he rushes towards the front of the plane.

JD

JD is one of the flight attendants that Cindy speaks to about Charlie, then attempts to approach him. JD persistently knocks on the bathroom door attempting to get Charlie out.

Michelle
Michelle

Michelle speaks with the Marshal and Kate and inquires as to whether they'd like anymore to drink. The Marshal replies that he'd just like a coffee, and Michelle leaves to retrieve it.

Pilot 1 - Flight Attendant
Flight Attendant

This unnamed flight attendant spoke with Cindy about Charlie, and then followed JD, Michelle, and Cindy down the aisle of the plane after Charlie fled from his seat.

Pilot 2 - Edward Mars
Marshal Edward Mars

Edward joked with Kate about keeping optimistic that she would be released on the grounds that her story would be believed. When Kate asked for a favor, Edward was intrigued as to what it was, but before Kate could ask, Mars was struck in the head with a case from overhead storage, causing him to begin to bleed heavily. Kate placed an oxygen mask on him, and prepared for the crash.

Pilot 2 - Jack
Jack Shephard

Jack was passed by Charlie on the flight as he made his way to the bathroom, as he was being chased by JD and Cindy.

Pilot 2 - Rose
Rose Henderson

After Charlie rushed by Jack, Rose commented to Jack that she guessed "he really had to go".

Pilot 2 - Locke
John Locke

Locke was attempting to sleep on the flight when Charlie rushed by Jack and Rose on his way to the bathroom.

Pilot 2 - Boone
Boone Carlyle

Charlie cut across Boone's seat in the hopes of escaping the pursuit of Cindy and JD.

Pilot 2 - Shannon
Shannon Rutherford

Shannon had her toes stepped on and voiced her opinion to Charlie after he had cut across her seats.


Tabula RasaEdit

Tabula Rasa - Kate
Kate Austen

After making her way to Australia, Kate finds herself of the farm of Ray Mullen, and forms a working relationship with him to help with chores in order to make some wages. When Ray discovers that Kate was planning on leaving in the middle of the night, Ray offers to driver her to the train station, however, Kate soon finds out that Ray alerted the Marshal Services in order to gain a $23,000 reward.

Tabula Rasa - Edward Mars
Marshal Edward Mars

After being alerted by Ray that Kate was staying with them, Edward pursues them in his vehicle. After Kate rolls the vehicle into a nearby ditch, and rescues Ray, Edward places Kate under arrest after capturing her at gunpoint.

Tabula Rasa - Ray Mullen
Ray Mullen

Ray was an Australian farmer who took Kate in to assist him with some of the chores he had. Ray turned Kate into the authorities in the hopes of gaining a $23,000 reward.


WalkaboutEdit

Walkabout - John Locke
John Locke

Locke is shown working a job at a box company, where he plays a military board game with a co-worker, and is ridiculed by his superior Randy for wanting to participate in an Australian walkabout tour. When Locke attempts to board the bus, Locke is denied access to participate on the grounds that he neglected to inform the agency about his paralysis.

Melbourne Walkabout Travel Agent
Travel Agent

Working for the Melbourne Walkabout Travel Agency, he was the Agent who denied Locke his approval to attend the walkabout due to the fact that he neglected to inform the agency that he was a paraplegic.

Randy
Randy Nations

Randy worked at the same box company as Locke and constantly berated him on his dreams of doing things that he was unable to do due to the fact that he was a paraplegic. Randy discovered a magazine for an authentic Australian Walkabout tour, and jokingly inquired as to whether or not he;d be doing so "on foot".

Warren
Warren

Warren was a fellow employee of John Locke, and the two would play a military board game during lunch, and trade phone calls to that effect. He would refer to Locke as “Colonel”, and was referred to as “GL-12” by Locke.

HelenTelephone
"Helen"

"Helen" was the woman with whom Locke spoke with on a regular basis for 8 months. When Locke asked her to join him on the Walkabout she stopped all communication with him suggesting he see a therapist.


White RabbitEdit

White Rabbit - Jack
Jack Shephard

After meeting with his mother to discuss what happened with his father, she requests that Jack head to Australia in the hopes that she can get him to return. However, after arriving in Sydney, Jack discovers that his father died from alcohol abuse, and claims his body. Jack also has difficulty getting his father's body on board the plane due to lack of proper documentation.

White Rabbit - Christian
Christian Shephard

Christian is seen speaking with Jack when he was a child about the trials and tribulations of being a "leader" and a "hero" and attempts to instill a desire not to be those things in Jack. Christian is later claimed by Jack at the Sydney morgue after passing away.

Margo Shephard
Margo Shephard

When Christian went missing, Margo decided that it was Jack who should find his father as it was his fault in the first place after what he had done. She agreed with Jack’s father that Jack didn’t understand pressure. After much talk, she convinced her son to go to Australia and retrieve his father.

Hotel Manager
Hotel Manager

He visited by Jack Shephard and informed him that his father hadn't used the bed in the past three days, and that it would have been virtually impossible for him to rent a car in the condition that he was in. He was the man who called security to escort Christian to his room when he made an incident in the hotel bar a few nights before.

Chrissy
Chrissy

Chrissy the employee of Oceanic Airlines who would not allow Jack to bring his father's body aboard Flight 815 without the proper documentation. After Jack pleaded with her to allow it on the plane, she eventually agreed. The coffin made it's way on to the plane, but it is unknown if Christian's body was inside.

White Rabbit - Marc
Marc Silverman

As chilren, Marc and Jack were victims of an attack from two bullies. While being pummeled by one of the bullies against a fence, Jack attempted to come to Marc’s aid, however; Jack was met with a black eye for this.

Doctor
Doctor

He was the Doctor who informed Jack that his father had suffered a myocardial infarction after his blood alcohol level was too much for him to handle.

White Rabbit - Jin
Jin-Soo Kwon

Jin was present in line along with Jack at the Sydney Airport, and was witness to Jack screaming at Chrissy in the hopes that he would be able to get his father's body on board.


House of the Rising SunEdit

House of the Rising Sun - Sun
Sun-Hwa Kwon

Sun is proposed to by Jin, who informs her that her father granted him permission, however, in exchange Jin must work for her father. After Jin comes home with blood on his hands and clothes, Sun inquires as to what happened, and when he refuses to answer, she slaps him across the face. Sun plans to flee the country, however, at the last possible moment, decides against it.

House of the Rising Sun - Jin
Jin-Soo Kwon

Jin proposes to Sun and informs her that per the agreement with her father, he must work for him. Jin presents Sun with a Shar-pei puppy to keep her company since he had been working long hours. Sun and Jin get in a heated argument about the "work" that Jin does for her father, which ends with Sun slapping Jin.

Decorator
Decorator

The Decorator was the woman who helped make it possible for Sun to attempt to escape from her husband. She provided Sun with a US Passport, and after ensuring Sun had taken her English lessons, set a plan in motion to fake her kidnapping, and eventually her death. She also agreed to take care of Sun's dog after she had left.

Chrissy
Chrissy

Chrissy was the employee of Oceanic Airlines who would not allow Jack to bring his father's body aboard Flight 815 without the proper documentation.

House of the Rising Sun - Jack
Jack Shephard

Jack is witnessed by Jin arguing with Chrissy at the check-in counter about allowing him to bring his father's coffin aboard the flight.


The MothEdit

The Moth - Charlie
Charlie Pace

Charlie is shown as a practicing Catholic who feels that his involvement in the band Drive Shaft, might be causing him to head down the wrong path. When Charlie prepares to quit the band, his brother Liam presents him with a recording contract. He agrees, on the condition that if Charlie says they walk away, they walk away.

Liam Pace
Liam Pace

After Liam presents Charlie with a recording contract, the two brothers and their band head towards fame and fortune. During one particular concert, Liam sang the chorus and stole the spotlight that was usually Charlie's. Liam also revealed that night that he was using heroin, which Charlie eventually got addicted to.

Megan Pace
Megan Pace

Megan is the daughter of Liam Pace, and when her Uncle Charlie arrived in Sydney to convince her father to rejoin Drive Shaft, she was playing in a sandbox in her backyard.

Priest
Priest

He was the priest at a local Manchester Church, where he heard Charlie's confession. When Charlie asked for advice, The Priest informed him that life was simply a series of choices. It was then that Charlie had decided, that it was his duty to quit Drive Shaft.

The Moth - Roderick
Roderick

Roderick was the guitarist for the band Drive Shaft and was present for the concert in which Liam sang the chorus to "You All Everybody".

This Unnamed Drive Shaft Member was the drummer for the band, and was present for the concert in which Liam sang the chorus to "You All Everybody".


Confidence ManEdit

Confidence Man - Sawyer
James "Sawyer" Ford

Sawyer pulls a con on a woman named Jessica in the hopes of convincing her to give him her husband's money to "invest" in an oil company. Sawyer successfully manages to secure their money, however, Sawyer leaves the money behind after seeing their son, which reminded him of himself as a child.

Jessica
Jessica

Jessica was employed at an Auto Dealership in Louisiana, and was married and had a son. After having an affair with Sawyer, she discovered a briefcase filled with cash, Sawyer informed her he had $140,000 for a con, but needed an additional $160,000. Intrigued, Jessica was confident she would be able to get the rest from her husband.

David
David

David was notified by his wife of a deal that could gain him a profit of $290,000, David rounded up the necessary $160,000 to invest in an oil mining operation in the Gulf of Mexico which would later be triple and split with a man named Sawyer. David agreed to the deal and presented Sawyer with his side of the investment, however; it was the sight of David’s child that abruptly changed Sawyer’s mind.

Kilo
Kilo

Kilo lent Sawyer $160,000 for use in one of his cons and learned that he’d left the money in the hands of a man Sawyer was conning, Kilo informed him that he knew how to make people suffer, and that if he didn’t provide him with his money plus 50% by noon of the next day, that he’d find out what he meant.

David and Jessicas Child
David and Jessica's Child

He was the child of David and Jessica. While awaking from a nap one day, he witnessed his parents meeting with a man named Sawyer. When Sawyer spotted the child, it directly reminded him of what had happened to him as a child, and called off the con that he was pulling on his parents.


SolitaryEdit

Solitary - Sayid Jarrah
Sayid Jarrah

After a bombing of the Baathist Headquarters that killed two soldiers in Najaf, Iraq, Sayid is assigned to interrogate his childhood friend Nadia, and quickly develops a relationship with her. When he is ordered to take her into the streets and shoot her, Sayid devises a plan to free her, which results in him killing his commanding officer and shooting himself.

Nadia
Noor Abed Jazeem

Nadia was interrogated by Sayid and over the course of the weeks she would be imprisoned, Sayid pretended to interrogate her while he would actually be conversing with her about old times. When Sayid was ordered to execute her, he makes a daring plan to free her, however; this plan backfired when Sayid is caught by his Superior Officer in the act. Sayid shoots him, and then himself so that Nadia can free herself.

Omar
Omar

Omar places Sayid in charge of interrogating Nadia who was linked to Falah and was the one in charge of the entire operation. When the negotiations go nowhere and no information is extracted from Jazeem, Omar demands Sayid execute her to send a message to those who will not cooperate. When Sayid cannot go through with the execution and attempts to free Noor, Omar catches him in the act, and while calling for the guard, is killed by Sayid.

Falah 2
Falah

Falah was a Shiite insurgent who planted a bomb in the Baathist Headquarters that killed two soldiers in Najaf, Iraq. Falah was in league with Noor Abed Jazeem who orchestrated the bombing. When Falah was interrogated by Sayid Jarrah, he was informed that they already knew the truth but wanted to hear him confess it himself, and that confessing it would only costs him his hands instead of his life.

Raised by Another - Claire Littleton
Claire Littleton

After realizing she was 6 weeks late, Claire and her boyfriend, Thomas, took a pregnancy test and it was revealed that the two had conceived a child. As the two ponder their dilemma, Thomas suggests that they go through with trying to start a family. When Claire’s friend Rachel convinced her to visit a psychic named Richard Malkin to have some fun, and she is eventually informed that Claire must not allow another to raise her child.

Richard Malkin

Richard Malkin is a psychic living in Australia. After being talking into a session by her friend Rachel, Claire Littleton decides to visit him for a reading. While performing the reading, Malkin states that he saw something "blurry" which usually means the outcome will be bad. He states that Claire must raise the child by herself, due to her nature and "goodness".

Thomas
Thomas

Thomas was an artist living in Australia and was previously dating Claire Littleton, the two had conceived a child together. Thomas was in love with Claire and had suggested that they proceed with having a child and begin a family together. When responsibility began to weigh down on him, he broke up with Claire as he did not want to face fatherhood.

Arlene Stewart 2
Arlene Stewart

Arlene Stewart and her husband were looking to adopt, and were going to be the recipients of Claire’s baby when it was born. When Claire requested that she sing “Catch a Falling Star” to the baby, Arlene was more than happy to. However, she was suddenly denied the adoption when Claire rushed out of the room before signing the release documents.

Raised By Another - Joseph
Joseph Stewart

Joseph Stewart was the husband of Arlene Stewart. The two were looking to adopt, and were going to be the recipients of Claire’s baby when it was born. However, they were suddenly denied the adoption when Claire rushed out of the room before signing the release documents.

Mr Slavitt
Mr. Slavitt

Mr. Slavitt was the Attorney who foresaw the adoption of Claire’s child to Arlene and Joseph Stewart. He informed Claire that they would bring her to Melbourne, and pay for her living and medical expenses, and that once the child was born and handed over to the Stewart's, it would be their choice to allow Claire to have any contact with the Child.

Rachel
Rachel

Rachel was the friend of Claire Littleton who convinced her to visit Richard Malkin for a psychic reading. Before they entered Mr. Malkin's house, Claire informed her that Thomas had cleaned out his loft, and that she would be moving in on Tuesday, to which Rachel was thrilled for her. When Claire became frightened by Mr. Malkin’s odd behaviour during the reading, the two stormed out together.

After Jack's father operates on a woman while under the influence of alcohol; Jack takes over the surgery. Christian pressures Jack to sign a report saying the woman was beyond medical assistance, but during the inquiry Jack discovers that the woman was pregnant and reveals that his father had caused fatal damage by severing her hepatic artery.

Christian Shephard

Christian and Jack attended a hearing in front of the Head Doctor and others to ensure that what was in the report were the facts of what had actually happened. Christian stated informed the group that she was in the early stages of her pregnancy and that the primary focus was to save the mother. Upon hearing this, Jack spoke up and changed his statement to reflect the true account of what had happened.

Andrea
Andrea

Andrea was a Nurse at St. Sebastian Hospital in Los Angeles, and was a companion and co-worker of Jack Shephard. When Christian Shephard operated on a patient under the influence and caused complications that lead to her death, Andrea informed Jack that her husband was threatening to sue.

Grieving Husband
Husband

His wife and unborn child passed away the day Christian Shephard operated under the influence and created complications that were irreversible. He threatened to sue after the incident. In the end, Dr. Christian Shephard lost his medical license.

Beth
Beth

Beth was in a car accident and was rushed to St. Sebastian Hospital where she was a patient of Dr. Christian Shephard who severed her hepatic artery accidentally. When Jack came into the E.R. and relieved his father from the procedure, he was unable to repair any on the damage. Beth passed away; as did the child she was pregnant with.

Head Doctor

When Christian told his side of the story, the Head Doctor questioned him as to whether or not he was aware of the patient’s pregnancy, when Christian acknowledges that he was, Dr. Jack Shephard changes his side of the story and reveals that his father was operating under the influence of alcohol.

Anesthesiologist Beth
Anesthesiologist

He was an Anesthesiologist at St. Sebastian Hospital in Los Angeles, CA. When Beth arrived into the E.R., he was the one who maintained her breathing, by administering anesthesia.

Whatever the Case May Be - Kate
Kate Austen

Kate is involved in an elaborate bank robbery in New Mexico, in which she presents herself to the bank manager as an innocent bystander, while she is actually romantically linked with the bank robbers' supposed leader. Posing as a "Maggie Ryan" applying for a loan, Kate is rounded up by the robbers as one of the hostages. Kate is later revealed to have orchestrated the heist to get into a safety deposit box.

Mark Hutton
Mark Hutton

While meeting with Kate for a loan application, the bank was suddenly subject to a hold-up. When the lead gunmen holds Mark at gunpoint, he refuses to relinquish the key to the cage, and it was not until a physically assaulted Kate returned and Jason threatened to kill her, that Mark eventually gave into their demands.

Jason
Jason

When Jason and his crew arrive at the bank, after shooting out the cameras, Jason grabs the manager and demands access to the money cage, refuses to give Jason the key, he uses Kate as incentive, Mr. Hutton eventually agrees. When Hutton allows Jason and the other robber access to the money cage, he requests that Kate be let go.

Trucker
Trucker

He was the man wearing the trucker’s hat who tackled one of the gunmen who was robbing the bank in New Mexico. When he apprehended the man, his gun rolled across the floor to Kate who was unable to use the gun to stop the criminals. He is then knocked out by one of the other criminals.

Six Foot Five
Six Foot Five

He was one of the bank robbers involved in Kate's heist. While guarding he was gazing out the window looking for the police, he was apprehended by a man and had his gun knocked out of his hand. He was later shot when he was helping Jason with retrieving the cash from the money cage, and it was revealed it was all a set-up by Kate.

Baseball Hat

He was one of the bank robbers involved in Kate's heist. He was shot by her when he came into the room to investigate. esthesiologist at St. Sebastian Hospital in Los Angeles, CA. When Beth arrived into the E.R., he was the one who maintained her breathing, by administering anesthesia.

Hearts and Minds - Boone
Boone Carlyle

After Shannon had called Boone for help, he traveled to Australia to help her, but Boone finally discovered that it was a scam when he confronted a man named Bryan, and finally pieced it together that she was after money. Shannon visited Boone’s hotel and informed him that Bryan had taken the money, and then she seduced him, and the two engaged in sexual intercourse.

Hearts and Minds - Shannon
Shannon Rutherford

While in Sydney, Shannon began dating a man named Bryan who took part in her scam. When confronted by Boone, he offered him $50,000 to leave her alone. Instead of giving Shannon the money as per the original plan, he left and took the money. Shannon showed up at Boone’s hotel room drunk, and admitted to Boone that she always knew he loved her.

When a failed attempt by Boone to have Bryan arrested occurs, Boone takes matters into his own hands and offers Bryan $25,000 to break up with his sister, Bryan then claims that his love for Shannon is closer to $50,000. When Boone arrives to get Shannon out of Bryan’s place, he discovers that the entire thing was a set-up.

Hearts and Minds - Nicole
Nicole

Nicole was the tennis partner of Boone Carlyle; when their game was completed Boone received a phone call from his sister claiming that she needed help. Boone would later leave to fly to Sydney.

Malcolm
Malcolm

Malcolm was a policeman working at the police station in Sydney, Australia. When a man named Boone Carlyle arrived to report a crime, Malcolm was the man who handled the case. Malcolm was unable to file Boone’s request of an arrest on a man named Bryan due to the fact that there was a lack of physical evidence or a direct complaint.

Hearts and Minds - Sawyer
James "Sawyer" Ford

As Boone is being questioned by Malcolm, Sawyer is being physically escorted by two officers, and Sawyer can be heard protesting that nobody wanted to hear his side of the story.


SpecialEdit

Special - Michael
Michael Dawson

Michael placed his life as an artist on hold to work construction to support Susan and Walt. When Susan accepted a job at a law firm in Amsterdam, she moved, taking Walt along with her. During a phone call with Susan, Michael realized Susan had been dating her boss, Brian Porter. Outraged, Michael stated that he would be coming to Amsterdam to retrieve his son. Just as he crossed the street, Michael was hit by a car and broke his leg.

Special - Walt
Walt Lloyd

When Susan developed a blood disorder, she passed away, and Brian feeling he was unfit to be father, transferred custody of Walt back to his biological father. When Walt finally met his father, he was resistant to the idea of leaving with him. Walt was given Brian’s dog Vincent to take with him to New York.

Susan Lloyd Porter
Susan Lloyd-Porter

When Walt was a few months old, Susan informed Michael that she had been offered a position at a Law Firm in Amsterdam, when Michael protested and offered to attend counseling with Susan, however; unbeknownst to Michael, Susan had already accepted the position and would later leave with Walt.

Brian Porter
Brian Porter

After hiring Susan Lloyd at his law firm in Amsterdam, he would begin to date her. When the two make plans to get married, at the behest of Susan, Brian agrees to adopt her son Walt. The three would move years later to Australia, it was there that Susan would develop a blood disorder and pass away a week later.

Dagne 2
Dagne

Dagne was the nanny for the Porter family. When Susan Porter passed away, Dagne remained with Walt when Brian Porter left to New York to visit Michael. When Michael arrived at the house, Dagne presented him with a box containing every letter Michael had ever written to Walt.

Nurse (NY)
Nurse

When Michael was writing a birthday card for Walt’s 2nd birthday, she offered him the joke of “What’s black and white and red all over: a penguin with a sunburn”. She stated that she was a mother of four and that he would get a kick out of it.


HomecomingEdit

Homecoming - Charlie

With the band Drive Shaft behind him, Charlie resorts to theft to support his heroin addiction. He romances a wealthy woman named Lucy in an attempt to rob her, but develops sincere feelings for her. Sawyer was told that people are made to suffer, and that is the pure reason why the Red Sox would never win the World Series. Leonard would spend some of his free time playing Connect Four, and quietly repeating the numbers to himself.
