When Emily Locke was brought into the emergency room after being hit by a car, this nurse assisted in bringing her in, and was informed by Emily that she was pregnant. She assisted in the delivery of her son John, and took him away because he was so premature. The nurse informed Emily and her mother that he was the youngest premature baby to survive at the hospital. When she offered Emily the opportunity to hold him, she because frightened and refused. Emily's mother then inquired, while attempting to smoke, who to speak with about adoption. The nurse informed her of the no smoking policy, and then drew attention to Richard Alpert, believing him to be the father, who was peering through the glass. (Cabin Fever)
