The Decorator was the woman who helped make it possible for Sun to attempt to escape from her husband. She provided Sun with a US Passport, and after ensuring Sun had taken her English lessons, set a plan in motion to fake her kidnapping, and eventually her death. She also agreed to take care of Sun's dog Bpo Bpo after she had left.
