Was the employee of Oceanic Airlines who would not allow Jack to bring his father's body aboard Flight 815 without the proper documentation. After Jack pleaded with her to allow it on the plane, she eventually agreed. The coffin made it's way on to the plane, but it is unknown if Christian's body was inside.
