• Charlotte went to the flashsideways world and came back to life.
• Charlotte was brought back to life by Jacob so that her Father could be influenced into getting Claire onto Flight 815.
  • In some ways similar to a deal Jacob (or so it is claimed) made with Dogen in regards to his son.
• Richard Malkin tells Mr. Eko he is a fraud in order to stop the church/Eko from investigating Charlotte's miracle.
• When she was "between places" she was on The Island and the Yemi she met was a manifestation of The Monster.
• When Charlotte was "between places" she was wherever Desmond was when he was dead/time traveling/between the hatch implosion and falling off the ladder.
