Charlie's list of the five best moments of his life.
Charlie was told by future-seeing Desmond that he had seen a flash of Claire and Aaron being rescued and taken off the island by helicopters, but for this to happen, he needed to swim down the Looking Glass station, and turn of the jamming equipment so a transmission could be sent. Though, in doing this heroic act, he would have to sacrifice his life in the process. This spurred Charlie to write out his five best memories of his 'pathetic excuse for a life' as he called it. When the list was finished, he handed the list to Desmond and requested that he give it to Claire.
