To hear Henry talk, however, it seems as if the Others also believe that "bad" people can become "good" (he says to Ana-Lucia that someone had tried to convince him she could change, but Henry says he now knows otherwise).
Also interesting to note that, before they die on the island, they generally have changed and have possibly become "good" (Ana-Lucia doesn't kill Henry, etc.).
