Bob Jones was a survivor of the crash of Oceanic Flight 815. Bob is from Tulsa, Oklahoma and set a message along with the raft when it set sail, it was directed to the First National Bank of Enid, and informing them that due to the fact that he was stranded on an island his mortgage payment would be late. He also requested that the government send a search team, and then jokingly asks whether or not his taxes cover something like that.
