Blake Bashoff (full name Blake Warren Bashoff) was born May 30, 1981 in Philidelphia, Pennsylvannia. He plays "Karl" in Lost. He has also appeared in movies like Bushwhacked, Big Bully, The New Swiss Robinson Family, Deuces Wild, Minority Report, and Together Again for the First Time. He has also had roles in Judging Amy and One Tree Hill. He is currently playing the role of Moritz Stiefel, a suicidal teen tortured by puberty in Spring Awakening: A New Musical . Blake is due to end his run with the national tour on August 16, 2009. Blake's character "Karl" is Alex Rousseau's boyfriend. He is shot and killed in "Meet Kevin Johnson."
